elixir of life is amazing. upon first sniff i must admit i was kind of appalled, i didnt expect a photorealistic scent, i expected a strong champagney peachy scent you would usually get from a peach note in a perfume and no more. but every single note for this one is there, and not the artificial version of it. The nectar and honey are very apparent!. I dont think i knew what “photorealistic scent” meant until I smelled this. when i say photorealistic i meant its a tangible smell, all of its contents I have smelled before in real life, but couldn't quite grasp as much as I wanted to, this perfume is familiar lovely scents intensified. ik everyone says this about perfumes but elixir of life truly smells like summer
My friend got me some samples as a gift and I fell in love with Under the Stars. I ordered a perfume oil, aura mist, and scent stick. I loved them so much I ordered another perfume oil and travel size aura mist right away to keep in my purse! Shipping was very fast and packaging was cute. I will definitely purchase more :)
I picked up Skeleton Keys partly for work with Hecate and partly because it just smells heavenly. It has a sweetness to it, like the first bloom of spring flowers while frost is still riming the trees and sweetening the air with the smell of pine.
I have struggled so hard to find perfumes that smell like the way I envision them. I got 3 based on the descriptions which I know is always a gamble, but these perfumes match the descriptions to a T. I got 3 and all of them are amazing (Broom, Wave Rider, Coyote Song). The smell lasts a long time too, especially for perfume. I can still smell it on me after 5 or 6 hours. The price for the amount is also amazing, my absolute favorite is Broom by far. It comes with herbs in the bottle which just adds some whimsy for me. The stick perfumes are also amazing and I keep one in my work bag at all times. I cannot stress how good of a product these are, would highly recommend.
Three of these scents I bought for my ionizer diffuser. One of them I bought specifically for Theurgic reasons, _Shed_, because it shares domains with Hermes.
Pheonix:
This literally smells like a cinnamon bun. The cinnamon is definitely dominant (and a reason you may not want to put this on your skin, as it has real cinnamon in the bottle), but the vanilla pulls its own weight. It makes my house smell fantastic.
Under the Stars:
This one I bought for relaxation and I definitely find the scent is sort of a mild, floral vanilla that makes me feel at peace. I like using this one when connecting with Hecate (though I realize the most "on the nose" scent for this is definitely "Skeleton Keys.")
Shed:
This has the clean piney and lavender scent I have to associate with Kriophoros Hermes, and I _really_ like it for my Theurgic meditations that involve him. I also have some of the constitutent essential oils in this perfume oil, but Lucky 9's scents often come through stronger than my essential oils.
